She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Western Australia and brings extensive senior leadership experience across dynamic, multi-site environments.
Estelle is the inaugural Theme Manager for Infectious Diseases at The Kids Research Institute Australia. She works closely with researchers, clinicians, and professional services teams to develop and deliver the Institute’s new strategic research direction under Research Reimagined. Her role focuses on enabling collaboration across diverse research groups, strengthening strategic planning and governance, and building the systems, culture, and partnerships needed to accelerate impact for children and families.
Before joining The Kids, Estelle held a series of senior roles at Royal Perth Yacht Club, culminating in Operations Manager. In these positions, she led diverse teams, oversaw major strategic and infrastructure projects, strengthened financial and governance processes, and contributed to shaping a positive, collaborative organisational culture. She is recognised for her ability to create clarity in complexity, build strong relationships, and support people to deliver their best work.
