Her research is centred on improving respiratory health equity in primary care with a particular focus on protracted bacterial bronchitis and bronchiectasis. She is committed to supporting better health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children through strengths-based implementation research.
Alongside her research, Gloria is a practising clinician who has completed her specialist training in both paediatric respiratory medicine and general paediatrics. She brings her clinical expertise into her research, with a strong interest in translating evidence into practical solutions that improve care for children and families.
