The Kids Research Institute Australia is one of the largest and most successful medical research institutes in Australia. We've created a bold blueprint that brings together community, researchers, practitioners, policy makers and funders, who share our vision to improve the health and wellbeing of children and their families, through excellence in research.
The Kids is an independent and not-for-profit medical research institute, funded through national and international competitive research grants, coupled with significant philanthropic support from the community and corporate Australia. Founding Director Professor Fiona Stanley AC, Western Australian Governor Chris Dawson AC APM and Mrs Darrilyn Dawson serve as Patrons of The Kids.
