The C3 Collective's Analysis Working Group are finalizing the survey - we're so excited to share Round I soon. C3 Collective members -Amelia, Nayonika, Kay, Kush, Angelica and Jameeta will be co-facilitating a webinar for the Australia Youth Affairs Coalition in the first week of March. They will be discussing what we've heard so far with a national network of people working in the youth sector and picking their brains about opportunities for translation. January 2026
We have now completed our planned interviews. The C3 Collective is reflecting on what you've shared and are discussing the key ideas emerging from these rich conversations. We will draft the survey based on these ideas and be circulating them to contributors soon to agree on a list of skills, knowledge and values that adults need to have. A list of essential things to report on will also be drafted and shared.

C3 winding up interviews and moving onto the next phase of the work - sending round surveys to reach consensus on core competencies and critical reporting items.
October 2025
Members of C3 spent the afternoon chatting with the System 2 Youth Advisory Group about Knowledge Translation. We heard some great ideas about what the C3 Collective might want to consider.
September 2025
C3 has connected with over 20 youth and adult experts in co-research to explore their experiences and perspectives around core competencies for effective partnerships in health research. We will soon be reviewing what we’ve heard and sending out draft competency and reporting item statements to begin to get consensus on what is important.

The Collective is growing - exciting to have new steering committee members and to continue hearing about experiences of adult researchers and youth experts around Australia.

C3 has been putting together information assets to create awareness about the work that they're doing and who is part of the Collective. Also very excited to have a dedicated project e-mail address now!

It's been a busy month for C3 - we're slowly assembling the Collective and have started speaking to adult researchers around the country!

And we're off. The C3 Study officially has its human research ethics committee and we're rearing to get started on this exciting work.
